Fetches detailed information for a specific alert
GET/idp/array/users/me/alerts/:bureau/:alert_id/details
Returns the full details of a single alert identified by its bureau and alert ID. This endpoint provides complete alert information including all available fields specific to the alert type (IDP, Experian, TransUnion, or Equifax).
