Refreshes a DAT
POST/dts/refresh
A DAT has a short lifetime of a few days and needs to frequently be refreshed using an up-2-date SRT and the DRT.

The response contains the refreshed, encrypted Dedicated IP Access toke (DAT) and the encrypted Dedicated IP Refresh Token (DRT) which might got extended as well.
The request json is invalid or could not be decoded
