Get the partner postback configuration
GET/partner/postback
Returns the current postback URL and authentication method.
The secret key is never included in the response.
After a qualifying sale, ExpressVPN sends a notification to the configured
url using the configured method (Bearer or Basic) and key.

Requires Authorization: Bearer <partner token> and specific permission.
Contact your partner manager to confirm eligibility.
