HttpTestResultDetails

An HTTP measurement comes in two flavors: Up- and Download. It will down- /upload a few kb of data from one representative endpoint per location. The representative endpoint is determined based on the candidate-phase ping measurement (candidate_phase_ping, PingMetrics) performed before.

HttpTestResultDetails is a pure measurement — it no longer carries any rating category. Quality scoring is derived separately in the evaluate phase (see Smart Locations for rank_smart_location_measurements). Within a ClusterMetrics it appears as both the download and upload fields.
